Renting our spaces

We welcome your events at the Musée Guimet (6, Place d’Iéna) and the Hôtel d’Heidelbach (19, avenue d’Iéna): breakfasts and cocktail parties up to 450 persons, seated lunches and dinners up to 100 guests, seminars and lectures up to 276 persons, and private visits.

We are available to accompany you in your event project

We invite you to make your request by email at the address privatisations@guimet.fr specifying:

• preselected date or dates and their flexibility
• format and dimension 
• scheduled unfolding
• desired visit spaces
• organising company or companies

Our offer means making the spaces available for an event featuring a free visit of the permanent collections and/or temporary exhibitions and meets certain specifications. It does not include the caterer, guided visit or entertainment.
