Traveling exhibitions

To promote its exhibitions among new visitors and spread the knowledge of the arts and cultures of Asia beyond its own walls, the Musée Guimet is developing an active travel policy for its exhibitions in France and the world.

The Musée national des arts asiatiques – Guimet offers partner cultural institutions a choice of ambitious exhibitions that spotlight major patrimonial collections. The exhibition projects cover many cultural periods of Asia, from Japan to Central Asia, including Cambodia, China, India or Afghanistan and involve a variety of themes arisen from the Musée Guimet’s research activities.
